Safety Safety is our most important concern. The D&D Fishing Charters boat is a 2009 Transport Canada Marine Safety Certified and Inspected Passenger Vessel. We are fully insured and fully licensed to operate as a fishing charter business.   We have approved life jackets, fire extinguishers, first aid supplies and are fully certified in marine safety.   The D&D Fishing Charters boat has received the International Marine Certification Institute's certification which fully complies with the IMCI's stringent safety requirements for stability, freeboard, buoyancy and flotation.
